The quality isn’t the best, but it looks great and for the price … I ordered this thinking is was better looking than I found it to be. When it arrived it was packages perfectly for shipment. The manufacturer, had a plastic cup over the hands. However they were bent very badly. The hands are also very flimsy. I wanted to return, my wife likes it. So if I had to rate it I would give a 1 or 2 at the most, she likes it and I was able to straighten the hands, and since those are very cheaply made, so the most I can give it is a three. This is NOT a rating…
